Chair Sponsorships
Annually, over 70 musicians bring Nu Deco Ensemble’s music to life. They come from a variety of backgrounds & experiences, including:
- Public school and higher education teachers
- Musicians with performing organizations
- Musicians with local and touring bands
With experience across these varied settings, our musicians have cultivated an eclectic repertoire, showcasing their adaptability across genres and their fearless attitude towards musical experimentation. We cherish the fact that our musicians have honed their talents in diverse environments; that each musician brings their own distinct skill sets to the concert hall is what makes our foundation strong, and what distinguishes Nu Deco’s sound from that of other orchestras.
In 2016, Nu Deco Ensemble launched the Chair Sponsorship Program to ensure we can continue to:
- Support, develop, and partner with our remarkable musicians more directly, so they can sustain their livelihoods in Miami-Dade.
- Create compelling and transformative genre-bending musical experiences that inspire, enrich and connect new and diverse audiences and artists.
